Sayagata & flower carved watermelon.

Watermelon carving in one of the many artistic delights of Asian cuisine, a flourish you’ll find at lavish banquets. Believe it or not, this is done entirely with a large cleaver. I’ve seen intricate designs involving dragons, flowers, birds, completed in probably 25 minutes. Then you cut it up and eat it.
